To whom it may concern,

When one moves states, cities, there are numerous new laws, habits, local rules that one has to learn.

Along with the local laws and rules and the beliefs are the new challenges.

I have taken on these.

Sometimes we fail.

After having sighted this on the car I read the signs in details and did not my mistake.

I have learnt, but the payment of $58 seems to be an extremely steep learning curve for the ignorance I had regarding the parking of a car the wrong way around.

I was be please if you would take the above facts into account and waive the Police Patrol notice.
