Creation needs to be enacted every day by every body.

One creates out of their own essence, so their individual statement is made.

People need to feel important and importance and self worth is promoted by individual statements.

To the extent that communities promote freedom of speech, the freedom of creation is totally abound; in the society that we live in, but it is not promoted.

One is the outsider if they feel they are worthy of creating art. That is the incorrect attitude to the extent that art is anything and anything is of importance, especially to the soul.

So the soul needs to be promoted, pushed, and allowed to evolve within the natural community.
